With demand strong for IT professionals with skills and experience in software engineering, cloud computing, Big Data and mobile development, what are employers offering in the way of perks to make their job listings stand out in those areas? That is what Dice.com wondered, so it took a stab at analyzing which perks are most frequently offered along with job descriptions in these categories on its site.

One perk stood out across all four groups, notes Dice.com President Shravan Goli: free lunch.

Tuition reimbursement showed up on all four lists, too, which is encouraging, given the results of a recent survey that showed a significant number of IT pros are paying for their own continuing education.

The most surprising perk to appear on all four lists? Gym membership. Check out these top perks being offered to in-demand IT pros.
