More than one in five employees (22 percent) report that searching for a new job is among their top career resolutions for 2014, according to Glassdoor’s 2013 Q4 Employment Confidence Survey. To help job candidates prepare for today’s challenging interview process and to ultimately find a job they love, Glassdoor, a jobs and career community, recently announced its annual list of Top 25 Oddball Interview Questions.
