Glassdoor.com recently released its inaugural report highlighting the “25 Best Jobs in America for 2015.” The report identified specific jobs with the highest overall Glassdoor Job Score, which was determined by weighting three factors equally – earning potential, career opportunities, and the number of job openings. The Glassdoor Job Score is based on a 5-point scale (5.0=best job, 1.0=bad job).
Given the strong job market IT pros have experienced over the past few years, it’s not surprising to find that a good portion of the top 25 jobs fall solidly into the technology field, including such jobs as software and mobile developers, data scientists, network engineers and project managers. In this slideshow, we’ve featured nine tech jobs Glassdoor has identified as part of its best jobs in America in 2015.
