In his new book, Choosing Your Power, Wayne D. Pernell, an individual and organization coach and consultant, and an expert in transformational leadership, contends that the key to being influential is to step into your own greatness.
His book challenges the reader to take a critical look at their lives and inspires them to change the way they think and act. Also trained in clinical psychology, Pernell touches on both self-improvement and leadership, as he believes they are very connected.
