The Technical Inside Sales Representative sells solutions (including hardware, software and service offerings) and works as a team with the Account Executive to meet or exceed the established quarterly quotas within a defined geographical territory. In addition, the Technical Inside Sales Representative must maintain, enter and update information in the CRM (customer relationship management) system; complete self-study activities in order to develop a proficiency of Data Networks solutions; complete advanced Cisco, EMC storage and HP configurations.
