Maintaining a firm grasp on all the ins and outs of a complex project can be a
daunting task for even the seasoned project manager if she doesn’t have the right
tracking tools at hand. Geoff Crane of Papercut Edge and Papercut Project Monitoring
created the attached spreadsheet to complement his “Big Granddaddy of
Excel Project Tracking” blog post.
The spreadsheet helps project managers keep track of major project items by breaking
them out into separate tabs for:
