The Instructional Designer produces updates to existing training courses, designs new courses that address company needs and creates new interactive elements for the course curriculum. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with a design team that works on a wide variety of projects, including:

  • Blended-solution, job-specific courses for employees
  • Asynchronous, Flash-based orientations designed for end-users
  • 5-10 minute interactive presentations designed to supplement the course curriculum
