Blogging Disclosure Form

Employees’ personal blogs can be a great way for your team and company to promote themselves, but you definitely need to be aware of this activity. Use this disclosure form to ensure that you have visibility into your team members’ blogging activity.

Your employees are likely to maintain blogs on a variety of interests, including professional interests. This can be a great thing for your company, but you do need to be aware of this activity and ensure that your employees do not reflect poorly on your organization, even in their spare time.

This simple template constitutes a contract that requires team members to disclose to the company the blogs they participate in as authors.
