Don Tennant makes no secret of the fact that he has very little patience for online incivility. Mean-spirited, attack-oriented reader comments, especially when they’re posted anonymously, are a particular peeve. His sense of humor remains intact, however, so he's OK with the fact that more than once, he's been chided by some readers as being something of a “Miss Manners” when he address the incivility issue.
