Asking your employees to set goals for themselves can be a key component of the human resources process. This sample personnel evaluation form will help your team members set goals for themselves.
Many employers encourage their employees to set goals and look at where they want to be in five or 10 years. Sometimes goal-setting is forced in the form of an evaluation.
