Downloading Documents a Go

Several IT Business Edge users have contacted us saying they were unable to download documents Tuesday night and early this morning. Our developers discovered some bugs with the Knowledge Network, but were able to fix them quickly. All Knowledge Network downloads are now available and working. We apologize for the inconvenience.
