The SMB market is undeniably hot. And one of the most sizzling areas, which we blogged about recently, is SMBs moving from direct-attached storage to network attached.

Our earlier blog detailed four product offerings, all of which boasted features designed to get SMBs to make the switch.

Now there is a new entrant from Buffalo Technology which ups the ante, at least in terms of available capacity. The TeraStation Pro II offers three terabytes of capacity, more than most of Buffalo's competitors, as well as previous iterations of its own product.

The TeraStation Pro II also boasts data transfer rates of up to 38 MB/s, SATA hard disk drives for enhanced data transfer speeds, and Active Directory Support, which allows the device to utilize domain users and groups.
