Calendaring and Scheduling

Calendaring and scheduling is a key component of messaging software suites, ranging from industry standards such as Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes to low-cost, even free solutions from vendors such as Google and Mozilla. Comprehensive calendaring solutions require a dedicated server, such as in the MS Exchange model, or a "cloud" resource that allows users to see resources and request time, both inside and outside the enterprise. Mobility has become key in calendaring solutions.
