Six Sigma

At its simplest, Six Sigma is a data-driven process for improving the quality of any process by eliminating as many defects or variations as possible. Employed most often in manufacturing and business processes, Six Sigma uses specific sets of quality-management and statistical methods and proceeds through a specific sequence of steps to reach quantified financial targets.
