Knowledge Management

What knowledge does your company have and how is it used? Is the knowledge efficiently shared and maintained? A knowledge management initiative can be as simple as a FAQ or a few thousand documents. In a support center, for instance, help files can enable customers to help themselves, reducing the workload on staff. Making information easily accessible can lead to improved customer satisfaction and staff morale. If you use a collaborative tool such as a wiki, a busy knowledge base is a good knowledge base.
