Details on Palm’s New Pixi Smartphone

Yesterday, Palm’s release of its latest webOS-based phone was a bit overshadowed by Apple’s big “Rock and Roll” event. But as smartphones go, the Pixi proves to be a less expensive, functional option. The phone offers a full QWERTY keyboard, 8 GB storage, and a 2 megapixel camera with flash. The phone is thinner than an iPhone, but lacks Wi-Fi. It also comes in a choice of five case designs.
