Researchers Warn of Malicious IRS Spam

Researchers from an e-mail security firm have identified a spam scam that involves tricking readers into clicking a link to view their previous tax statement on the IRS Web site. If the link is clicked, users are taken to a malicious site with links to various Trojan programs. Researchers warn users to watch out for IRS spam and to not click any links in e-mails received.
