Snow Leopard Safer to Use Than Windows, but Less Secure

Consumers who use Macs with Snow Leopard installed are safer from malicious software and viruses because there are few problems such as these that target the Apple OS. However, as an operating system, Snow Leopard is less secure than Windows because it provides users with less protection from viruses.
