Tech Market Hiring to Be Conservative for Remainder of 2009

Although the tech sector has been faring better than other job markets this year, the Robert Half Technology Hiring Index says that hiring for this industry is expected to remain “conservative” through the end of the year. Companies are still watching budgets through the end of the year, and some still may undergo layoffs and cutbacks.
