Report: Google Tops in Consumer Search Satisfaction

A report by the American Consumer Satisfaction Index shows that Google leads the satisfaction scores in the category of search engines. The report also showed that AOL search is in last place. However, the report was concluded before the release of Bing and the recent news of the Yahoo/Microsoft search deal.
