Twitter Still Experiencing Issues After DDoS Attacks

Even though the site has been back up since the day of the distributed denial of service attacks upon one user, Twitter users still complain of site sluggishness. The site has not explained any further damage or problems, but some experts wonder if the slowdowns might be caused by Twitter performing upgrades to defend against further attacks.
