Net Neutrality Issues Slow EU Telecom Law Revision

Lawmakers in the European Union are working to rewrite telecommunications laws, but the ongoing debate on Net neutrality has slowed them down. Net neutrality basically says that there should not be rules that block or slow competitive Web traffic. However, Telecom Commissioner Viviane Reding thinks that the problems with Net neutrality reside in the U.S. and not in Europe.
