Three Approaches to Better Web Security

Three Microsoft research teams have attempted to make secure Web browsers. First, Tahoma in 2006 focused on using a trusted computing layer. In 2008, OP’s designers aimed to create a secure browser using four subsystems. And finally, 2009 brings us to Gazelle, and many are speculating as to how this technology may be incorporated into Internet Explorer 8.
