Novell Acquisition Boosts Its Identity and Access Management Offerings

In an effort to bolster its business in identity and access management, Novell announced the acquisition of Fortefi, a compliance and user management vendor, and a perpetual source-code license with ActivIdentity’s SecureLogin tool. These deals allow Novell to market itself as a one-stop-shop for its customers’ security and identity needs.
