Microsoft Lifts Windows 7 Download Limit
InformationWeek on January 12, 2009
Due to the enthusiastic response for its Windows 7 Public Beta, Microsoft has lifted the initial 2.5 million limit on downloads. The limitless download period will extend through Jan. 24, according to Microsoft Windows communications manager Brandon LeBlanc.
