SOA Needs MDM
Gartner on December 09, 2008
According to this Gartner analyst, service-oriented architecture needs master data management. Companies need to direct SOA more at value-add parts of the business and away from tactical elements. Doing so will make SOA more strategic and spur users to align it with MDM.
