Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Data Integration Tools 2008 shows IBM, SAS, Pervasive, Tibco and Informatica rocketing forward on completeness of vision. Oracle and Microsoft moved backwards, which blogger Vincent McBurney attributes to Oracle's focus on Fusion and Microsoft's lack of a data integration strategy.
