U.S. CIOs Use ITIL, But Don't Think They've Mastered It

According to a survey by Dimension Data, almost 60 percent of U.S. CIOs say they are using ITIL. However, less than 10 percent consider themselves proficient, saying training costs and a lack of internal resources limit adoption.
