Verizon Settles BusyBox Suit
InformationWeek on March 18, 2008
Developers Erick Andersen and Rob Landley have settled their lawsuit with Verizon concerning an open source program called BusyBox. Andersen and Landley, who were represented by the Software Freedom Law Center, had accused Verizon of violating the GNU General Public License by not making source code available.
