Lack of SOA Skills Hinders Business Impact

According to a survey of IBM corporate customers, the lack of skilled SOA workers is hindering efforts to capture full value from service-oriented architecture efforts. The survey found that 56 percent of respondents said that lack of SOA skills is the top inhibitor to launching and delivering SOA projects with a strong business impact.
