IO Virtualization Cards from NEC
the INQUIRER on August 21, 2007
At the recent Hot Chips conference, NEC was showing off its IO Virtualization cards, which allows you to virtualize by placing one card in the computer to be virtualized and another card in a remote computer. The technology is still being tested, but author Charlie Demerjian thinks the technology could be useful for rack dense blade situations, remote control and IO slot-bound applications
