SMBs Need to Tackle SaaS Integration

Many small businesses using software as a service find it difficult to integrate those applications with the rest of the enterprise. Author David Linthicum says SaaS integration is a matter of planning, spending, and managing. He notes that although integration is expensive and complex, without it, SaaS applications will lose their value.
