Electronics Industry Asks Congress for National Recycling Plan

If Texas and Connecticut enact recycling laws, electronics manufacturers will face twice as many regulations as last year. The Electronics Industries Alliance wants Congress to step in and create a national recycling plan, rather than letting each state create its own recycling laws, which could increase consumer costs.
