Patent Office Seeks Advice from Outsiders

The Patent and Trademark Office is starting a patent review program in which outsiders can download applications from the Internet and offer their opinion on which patents should be pushed to the front. In order to make sure the information is reliable, the program will provide detailed information about those who contribute to the site and will rate the quality of their past contributions.
