Vista's Price Will Irk Customers, but They Will Buy Anyway

This author predicts that as loud as the grumbling will be as users begin upgrading their operating system to Microsoft's new Windows Vista, due out early next year, they'll be doing so as they hand over their credit cards to buy it anyway. Why? Because Microsoft remains the only game in town, the article says. While some will switch to Macs, he said not many will. "For most businesses, it simply will not be an option," the article says. Sad as it is, he says, neither Apple nor Linux offer a viable choice for most computer users.
