Online Office Productivity? Not Yet

The online versions of salesforce automation and CRM have been big hits. Will online office productivity be next? Google has put a spotlight on this question with its acquisition of Upstartle (creator of Writely online word processing) and release of Google Spreadsheets. The pluses are easy access to your work from any PC and easy collaboration, but there are a lot of minuses at this point in time: products that don't work very well and don't interoperate with one another, for starters.
