As more IT organizations get comfortable with cloud computing, many are turning their attention to performance issues in the cloud. Just like on-premise applications, poor performance of cloud-based applications can be detrimental to the business.

A new survey of 700 businesses in North America and Europe from Compuware, a provider of tools for monitoring cloud computing performance, finds that performance issues are already a major concern.
