If dinosaurs had Big Data, they could measure health and fitness and detect disease patterns.

Dinosaurs are a popular theme in literature and movies. From going back in time to recreating them in our present day, we just can't get enough of them. But, what if dinosaurs had had technology? Or Big Data? Would it have made a difference in their story? Would they still be alive today? In honor of the opening of "Jurassic World," Talend has considered this idea and identified five ways Big Data might have helped dinosaurs avoid extinction.
