Adobe shuts down the entire company for one week in December and one week over the summer. The company also offers a sabbatical program that allows for 4, 5 or 6 additional weeks of paid time off after 5, 10, or 15 years of regular, continuous employment, adoption fee assistance, and backup childcare.
