Salesforce employees receive six days of paid volunteer time off a year, and if they use all six, they receive a $1,000 grant to donate to a charity of their choice. The company also makes nonprofit donations up to $5,000 per year, organizes volunteer trips worldwide, offers an on-site fitness and massage center, provides sit-stand treadmill desks and 24/7 backup care for loved ones.
