If you're like most employees, you get to enjoy a traditional, beige cubicle among a farm of traditional, beige cubicles. If you're really lucky, you might get an upgrade to gray. Woohoo! Seriously, though, most of today's office designs run to the humdrum variety, completely focused on utility and cost savings. While everything might match, it really doesn't inspire grand ideas or great creativity.
