Approved Technologies
IT Business Edge supports all major third-party ad-technology providers. Any costs that are associated with third-party ad serving will be the responsibility of the advertiser. Discrepancies may occur between IT Business Edge reporting and the third-party provider reporting. We adhere to the accepted guidelines for discrepancy resolution set forth by the IAB. Approved Formats
IT Business Edge supports Flash and Rich Media ad creative. For optimal customer experience, only user initiated ad units that expand or play audio will be accepted. IT Business Edge does not allow pop-up ad formats. For Flash creative, not third-party served, code needs to be added to the Flash file in order for our ad server to count the clicks. This is explained in an FAQ answer on our ad server web stie at: http://adjuggler.com/support/faq.php#2d. If you have further questions regarding Flash creative, please contact your Account Executive.
Deadlines and Reporting
Ad creative is due no later than 5 business days prior to campaign launch date. IT Business Edge reserves the right to refuse inappropriate or non-contextual advertising creative. Monthly performance reporting will be provided to the advertiser.
