Typcial experience requirements for this position include:

  • Strong scripting experience to produce solutions and perform troubleshooting
  • Strong grasp of Internet network concepts, protocols and associated services (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS)
  • Strong grasp of relational databases and SQL. Candidate must be capable enough in SQL to author data extraction and transformation queries to investigate performance and troubleshooting.
  • Installation, configuration and administration experience with operations management tools - HP Insight Manager, SCOM, Citrix and VMware performance tools
  • Conversant in mass storage systems and (HP and Dell) and their ability to meet application needs
