The ISO 20000 Professional Program: Support of IT Services According to ISO/IEC
20000 is a two-day program that teaches the standard and prepares participants for the
associated certification. The program curriculum includes how to manage incidents from
initial identification through to closure and review, how to analyze incident trends
and how to minimize the impact of incidents on the customer. The following document
