Basic Search tips
Search for combinations of words and phrases to get more useful results. For example, the phrase "ITIL project management guidelines" will return more robust results than simply searching for ITIL. Add phrases to your search terms to narrow results. For exact matches, put quotes around the phrase for which you are searching: "ITIL project management guidelines." This search method is the most precise, but can fail to find some closely related content that does not include your exact phrase.
Use the uppercase term AND in your searches to make sure you get results that include all the terms in which you are interested. VoIP AND Security AND Skype will return only items that contain all three terms. The search term VoIP Security Skype will return items that contain any of these words, although results with all three terms will get higher ranking.
The search results may be sorted by date or by relevance.
