Biography: Kosten Metreweli is VP of Global Marketing at Tideway Systems, where he brings his significant experience in technology strategy and bringing products to market. Prior to Tideway, he was VP of Business Development and a member of the management team at MetaSolv Software, Inc. and Orchestream (prior to acquisition), where he was responsible for designing and implementing technology and channel alliances with several major technology companies including Alcatel, Ericsson, and Juniper. Prior to this, he created and managed the technical services team, including pre and post sales consulting, training, and support. Earlier in his career he worked as a senior consultant at Renaissance Worldwide, a leading strategy and technology consultancy founded by Kaplan and Norton who conceived the balanced scorecard methodology, and as a research scientist at Philips Research Laboratories. Kosten holds an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University.
