Biography: Bart Perkins is the co-founder of Leverage Partners. He has over 25 years experience leading IT efforts for major corporations and consulting firms. Bart founded Leverage Partners to help organizations invest well in IT. He has consulted in a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, consumer products, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, health care, and financial services. Prior to Leverage Partners, Bart was the CIO of Tricon Global Restaurants now YUM! Brands. With 33,000 stores world wide, YUM is the parent to KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, A&W, and Long John Silver. Previously, Bart was the CIO of Dole Food Company which sells a variety of fresh and packaged fruits and vegetables. He began his career at Nolan Norton & Co. and became a Principal in KPMG Peat Marwick when Nolan Norton was acquired. Bart currently sits on the boards of i360 Technologies, NarrowCast, American Printing House for the Blind, and the University of Louisville Computer Engineering Department. He speaks at a variety of industry events and is a Computerworld columnist.
