Waterfall Methodology for Project Specification

Anyone have description and templates (perhaps?) that can be used to better explain how the methodology can be successfully used to develop requirements for consolidation of multiple financial (really any system) systems into one common?

Thank you in advance.

We do not have anything like that on our Web site. We do have several cost containment templates, but nothing on the consolidation of multiple systems.
