What's next on national cybersecurity agenda?

I recently wrote about Melissa Hathaway's presentation at the RSA Security conference in which she called for the White House to take the lead when it comes to national cybersecurity policies and enforcement.

 

The way things stand, she says, responsibility for cybersecurity issues is too scattered among different agencies. Do you agree? What's the next step in overhauling our current approach to cybersecurity?
