Does Your Organization Employ TEM?

Last week, I interviewed Joe Basili, the managing director of the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association. Joe did a great job of highlighting the long list of potential advantages TEM offers. In short, telecom is a huge cost center, and companies don't do nearly enough to manage these expenses. I got the feeling that Joe could have identified an almost endless number of potential savings TEM can generate.

 

Here is my question: Has your organization thought seriously, or implemented, telecommunications expense management? Why or why not?
